"It was really a great honor that I guided my Lascaux team to visit China for two weeks in Shanghai and Beijing.
For our research in the food law, it was very interesting and meaningful to exchange the idea and experiences with the professors, scholars and food operators in the forms of discussion, forum and free topics. For myself, it was not only a chance to present my research on the food law of the EU, USA and China, but also a good opportunity to learn more about the current situation and research in the China, especially the discussion with the food operators from the Mars company which offered me a different perspective to understand the practice of the food company.
Besides, with the presentation of our Lascaux program, we may obtain a good relation with some professors from to cooperate further in our research". (J. Sun)
